4.As for the trombone with the piston ,the piston can be applied with the oil as follows.

a,first ,unscrew the nut and take out the piston .

B.second ,apply several drops of oil to the piston surface ,cylinder pipe and nut thread .

C.third ,place the piston into cylinder pipe and tract it several times .If the spring the bass instrument is taken out ,please put it back .

D.fourth,press the piston and pull out all the pitch pipes to clean the accumulated water .After being cleaned up ,the pitch pipes should be painted with the slide grease and then put them into their positions .
